  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add Brussels sprouts and garlic. Cook until Brussels sprouts are tender.
  6. Add soy sauce, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well.
  7. Return tofu to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cilantro and nuts.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
