Boil water in a pot and blanch the cabbage for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage and chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame seeds, green onion, and red pepper flakes.

Add the chopped cabbage to the bowl and mix well to combine.
