Caldo Verde is a traditional Portuguese soup made with potatoes, cabbage, and olive oil. It is often served with slices of chouriço or linguiça (smoked Portuguese sausage). This soup has its origins in the Minho region of northern Portugal and is considered one of the country’s national dishes.
