Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
