Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, heat a small pan over medium heat and toast the pine nuts until golden brown.
