Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

Slice the red onions.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and red onions with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
