Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.

Add canned tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and corn kernels. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes.
