In a food processor, blend black beans, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

For the rosemary fries, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
