Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Add the rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
