Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.

In a bowl, combine the cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the potato fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the fries and toss to evenly coat.
