This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 5.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Take a small handful of the mixture and shape it into a small ball. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the coconut balls turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
