In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add the canned baked beans and crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the beans are hot and bubbly.
