Rinse the baby bok choy thoroughly and cut off the ends.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the baby bok choy to the skillet.

Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the bok choy leaves start to wilt.
