In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth.

Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.

Gradually add coconut flour and mix until the mixture thickens.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.

Once firm, shape the mixture into small truffles.

Roll the truffles in shredded coconut.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips.

Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
