  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado and black beans together.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, diced jalapeno pepper, chopped cilantro, lime juice, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into four patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Toast the burger buns.
  7. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun.
  8. Place a patty on top of the lettuce.
  9. Top with tomato slices and red onion slices.
  10. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
