  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado(s) until smooth.
  3. Add the honey and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the avocado mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
