Asparagus in Orange Sauce

Trim the ends of the asparagus and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add orange juice, orange zest, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the blanched asparagus to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
