Trim the asparagus and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cut the avocado into slices and halve the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Lay a tortilla on a clean surface and place a lettuce leaf in the center. Arrange the asparagus, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top.

Drizzle the lemon dressing over the vegetables and fold the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
