Tofu, also known as bean curd, is made from soy milk and has been a staple in Chinese cuisine for centuries.

This is vegan, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 11.

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
  5. Add red and green bell peppers, and continue stir-frying for a few minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sriracha sauce.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir-fry for another minute.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
