  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Spread apricot jam evenly over the oat mixture.
  5. Arrange fresh strawberries on top of the jam.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the strawberries.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
