This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried apple slices, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
