Boil water in a pot and blanch the spinach for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Squeeze out excess water from the spinach and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Stir-fry for a minute.

Add the blanched spinach, soy sauce, and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
