Once the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the cubed potatoes and mix until they are coated with the spice mixture.

Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
