Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them with the back of a spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
