In a food processor, blend almonds until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl.

Add dates, oats, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to the food processor. Blend until a sticky mixture forms.

Add the chopped almonds to the mixture and pulse a few times to combine.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
