In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen blueberries, honey, and almond butter. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Once the soft-serve consistency is reached, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Take the soft bread or buns and slice them in half horizontally.

Scoop the frozen almond and blueberry soft-serve onto one half of each bread or bun.
