Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture onto the acorn squash and pineapple slices.

Place the acorn squash and pineapple on a baking sheet.
