Acorn Donuts
Acorns have been used as a food source for centuries and are a traditional ingredient in some indigenous cuisines.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine acorn flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes.

Transfer the donuts to a wire rack and let them cool completely.

Dust the donuts with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
