Add carrots, potatoes, zucchini, and tomatoes to the pot. Stir in vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
