Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add tofu and asparagus to the pan and cook until tofu is golden brown and asparagus is tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tofu, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.

Pour the balsamic vinegar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
