Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight container.
