Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the rolled out dough onto a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza dough.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes.
