Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Sprinkle the turbinado sugar on top of each muffin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
