Spicy Hasselback Potatoes
Hasselback potatoes were first created in the 1950s at the Hasselbacken restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice each potato crosswise at 1/8-inch intervals, cutting down to about 1/4 inch from the bottom.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the potatoes with the olive oil mixture, making sure to get in between the slices.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
