In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and salt. Mix well.

In a food processor, blend dates and almond flour until a sticky dough forms.

Press the dough into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the base.

In a separate bowl, mix together the filling ingredients: peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Spoon the filling mixture over the base in the muffin tin.

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.

Once set, remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!
