Black Bean and Cranberry Burgers with Chipotle Hummus
Black bean burgers have been popularized as a healthy and delicious alternative to meat burgers, with black beans providing a good source of plant-based protein.
This is vegan, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 18.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the black beans, cranberries, oats, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic cloves, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Pulse until well combined.

Form the mixture into 4 patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each patty with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In the meantime, prepare the chipotle hummus by combining tahini, chipotle pepper, and olive oil in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Toast the buns and assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato slices, black bean and cranberry patties, and chipotle hummus.
