Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are browned and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
