Moroccan Olive Flatbread
Moroccan olive flatbread, also known as ‘msemen’, is a traditional Moroccan bread that is often served as an appetizer or snack. It is loved for its soft and flaky texture, and the combination of olives and spices adds a delicious flavor to the bread.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

Add the olive oil and water to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the dough into a large circle or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Press the black olives into the dough, evenly distributing them.

Sprinkle the fresh parsley, ground cumin, and ground coriander over the top of the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown.
