Vickys Vegan Spaghetti and ‘Meatballs’, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
Traditional Italian meatballs are typically made with ground meat, eggs, and breadcrumbs, but this vegan version uses plant-based ingredients to create a delicious and cruelty-free alternative.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the vegan meatballs, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

Add the tomato sauce to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the tomato sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve the spaghetti with the meatballs and sauce, garnished with fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese.
