Rinse the pink beans and soak them overnight in water.

Drain and rinse the beans.

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened.

Add the pink beans, water, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, and sazon seasoning.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the white rice and cilantro to the pot.

Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
