Trim the ends of the green beans.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the green beans are coated in the garlic-infused oil and heated through.
