Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the instant oatmeal, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
