Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, hot sauce, and lemon juice.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
