Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

Rinse and drain the black beans.

In a food processor, combine the black beans, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Process until smooth.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are set.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
