Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a food processor, pulse the almonds and oats until coarsely ground.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground almonds and oats with dried fruits, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
