Broccoli with Fennel and Red Bell Pepper

Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Slice the fennel bulb and red bell pepper into thin strips.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the sliced fennel and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the blanched broccoli florets to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables and toss to combine.
