Kohlrabi Curry
Kohlrabi is a member of the cabbage family and is rich in vitamin C and fiber.

Peel and chop the kohlrabi into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add kohlrabi cubes and cook for 5 minutes.

Add coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until kohlrabi is tender.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with cilantro.

Serve hot with rice or bread.
