In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, vegan butter, and vegan cream cheese. Mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Wrap each part in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough part into a circle.

Spread jam over the dough circles, leaving a small border.

Sprinkle the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, chopped nuts, and raisins over the jam.

Cut each dough circle into 6 wedges.

Roll up each wedge, starting from the wider end.

Place the rugelach on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the rugelach to cool for a few minutes before serving.
