Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the carrots and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Toss the carrots and cauliflower in the seasoning mixture until well coated.

Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
