Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add kale and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
